We're building Collect, a new app by Jodo, made for India's MSME owners helping them collect payments faster, manage dues smarter, and grow their business without the stress.
Now, we're gearing up to build a standout Instagram presence for Collect one that speaks the language of small business owners, mixes insights with humor, and taps into the pulse of Indian entrepreneurship.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Intern who lives and breathes Instagram, memes, reels, and pop culture.
Someone who knows what's trending before it trends.
If you love creating snappy content, experimenting with ideas, and bringing stories to life through short-form videos this one's for you.
What You'll Do
- Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, memes, trend-based posts)
- Keep a finger on the pulse of what's trending on Indian Instagram
- Turn everyday observations about MSMEs, payments, and business life into relatable content
- Experiment fast try, fail, learn, repeat
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate brand ideas into scroll-stopping posts
Who You Are
- A Gen-Z or young creator who gets how Instagram works
- Obsessed with Reels, meme pages, and viral trends
- Comfortable editing videos using CapCut / DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Rush / similar tools (Basically you should be able to edit decent video yourself)
- Curious and resourceful the kind of person who can make something great out of nothing
- You don't wait briefs you find your own hooks and hacks
Bonus Points If You
- Already run your own meme/reel page
- Can write catchy captions or scripts in Hinglish
- Have an eye for design and pacing in short-form content
