Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Hadapsar, Pune

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to assist in managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and supporting basic digital marketing activities like email marketing and lead generation.

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and basic promotional material.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content for new ideas.
• Schedule posts and ensure timely updates across all platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand consistency.
• Support email marketing activities such as drafting mailers, maintaining mailing lists, and tracking campaign performance.
• Assist in lead generation activities through social media interactions, campaigns, and online forms.
• Help with basic analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Creativity and interest in content creation.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (preferred).
• Willingness to learn digital marketing and lead generation techniques.

• Graduate/Undergraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields (preferred).
• Freshers passionate about social media and content creation are welcome.
