Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will work full time on-site at INKHUB Tattoos location in Ranchi. This role involves assisting in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms, creating engaging content that reflects the brand's aesthetic, and supporting daily posting schedules. The intern will help monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and suggest improvements based on data and trends. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with the design and marketing teams, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages professionally, and contributing ideas for digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and community growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Marketing, with an understanding of online branding and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation, including basic copywriting, visual storytelling, and familiarity with popular social platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing, such as understanding campaigns, basic analytics, and content promotion strategies.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) and interest in fashion, lifestyle, or tattoo culture are beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, design, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
