Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube

Design basic creatives, reels, and short videos for course promotion, events, and success stories

Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic promotional copies

Support in promoting government skill development programs, training batches, and institutional initiatives

Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages

Assist in preparing weekly/monthly social media performance reports

Stay updated with social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas

Eligibility Criteria

Students or recent graduates in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or any relevant field

Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital trends

Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms will be an added advantage

Good communication and writing skills (English/Hindi)

Creative mindset with willingness to learn

Skills Required

Content creation & creativity

Basic graphic designing (Canva preferred)

Social media handling & engagement

Time management and coordination skills

Passion for digital marketing and education sector
