What You'll Do
You'll work directly with the founders and contribute across creative and strategic areas:
- Manage and grow Groovi's social media pages across Instagram
- Design posts, stories, reels, and campaign visuals that are bold, playful, and on-brand
- Shoot, direct, and edit short-form video content including reels and behind-the-scenes clips
- Use AI tools to turn ideas into content faster and smarter
- Write captions and copy that are witty, sensual, and culturally relevant to Indian couples
- Collaborate with the founders on brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal content calendars
- Engage with the community - respond to comments, DMs, and build an active, loyal audience
- Track content performance and use data to iterate and improve
- Take up new projects - creative, strategic, or experimental
- Stay updated with social media trends, meme culture, and audience insights
What We're Looking For
- Creative, curious, and proactive mindset with a bold, unapologetic personality
- Comfortable and confident discussing sexual wellness, intimacy, and couples lifestyle topics openly - this is core to what we do
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Figma
- Hands-on experience or strong willingness to shoot and edit reels independently - on your phone is perfectly fine
- A natural eye for aesthetics - lighting, framing, color, and storytelling
- Interest in experimenting with AI and new digital tools
- Active on social media with a sharp sense of what performs and why
- Ability to write in a tone that is playful, inclusive, and destigmatizing around intimacy
- Comfortable being on camera
- Willingness to learn fast, take ownership of projects, and move without hand-holding
Bonus if You Have
- Experience growing an Instagram page from scratch
- Knowledge of adult wellness, sexual health, or relationship content spaces
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and UGC (user-generated content) coordination
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or Premiere
