Social Media Marketing Intern / Executive

VLR is looking for a creative and proactive individual to support social media marketing, content writing, video production, and Meta ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging captions, social media posts, video scripts, and ad copy.
• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Support on-site video production, including shoot preparation, coordination, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Assist with creating, managing, and monitoring Meta ads across Facebook and Instagram.
• Research trends and suggest ideas for reels and campaigns.
• Track social media and ad performance to identify improvements.
• Respond to comments and messages.

Requirements

• Content writing skills are mandatory, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to the audience.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and basic campaign metrics.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
• Willingness to actively support video shoots and production.
• Basic Canva and video editing skills are a plus.
• Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work on-site in Chennai.

Compensation: Paid stipend for interns; salary for full-time employees.
