Role: Social Media Intern

Responsibilities:

• Content Repurposing: Take raw long-form content and re-ideate it into high-retention short-form assets.
• Platform Management: Upload, schedule, and optimize videos via YouTube Studio and other social platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor video performance metrics to identify what content resonates and why.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends, meme formats, and emerging creator content to fuel our re-ideation strategy.
• Community Engagement: Manage comments and audience interactions to foster community growth.

Requirements:

• Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of YouTube Studio and the mechanics of viral content.
• Content Awareness: Active consumer of YouTube creators, YouTube content and digital media trends.
• Analytical Mindset: Basic ability to interpret audience insights and data.
• Communication: Strong organizational and written skills for captions and team coordination.
