Location: Indore | Onsite | Full-Time

Experience: 2–6 Months

Stipend: 4,000 – 8,000/month

Are you someone who lives on Instagram, understands what makes a Reel work, keeps up with trends, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging content

Crawl Digitally is looking for a Social Media Intern who can help us build, manage, and grow social media presence for exciting D2C brands.

What You'll Be Doing:-

• Manage and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other relevant platforms
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts, Reels, stories, and short-form content
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives
• Ideate and create short-form videos, Reels & UGC content
• Be comfortable appearing on camera when required
• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators
• Prepare clear creator briefs, guidelines, references, and feedback
• Coordinate with design, content, video editing & performance marketing teams
• Monitor comments, DMs, audience interactions, and overall community engagement
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance & campaign results
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, platform updates, content trends & emerging tools

What We're Looking For:-

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 2–6 months of experience in social media/content/influencer marketing preferred
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge and a good understanding of social media are encouraged to apply
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels & current social media trends
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment
