Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Intern based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist in day-to-day recruitment activities, including identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting training initiatives. Additionally, the intern will help maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Experience or interest in Interviewing and Communication
• Ability to assist with Training and onboarding activities
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms is an advantage
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
