Social Media Marketing Intern

We are Hiring: Social Media Intern (Paid Internship – On-Site)

Location: Chennai (Strictly On-site)

Role Type: 6-Month Paid Internship (Pathway to Full-Time role based on performance)

Looking to kickstart your career in digital media and brand storytelling We are looking for energetic, creative freshers to join our on-site team in Chennai as Social Media Interns.

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship over a 6-month paid internship. Candidates who perform well will be confirmed for permanent roles upon completion of the probation/training period.

• Trend Spotting & Ideation: Brainstorm daily hooks, meme concepts, and short-form video ideas aligned with active digital and regional trends.

• Content Execution: Draft snappy captions, organize creative assets, and assist in scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• 
  
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, replies, and mentions to interact with the audience and spark conversations.
• 
  
• Performance Tracking: Log engagement metrics, view counts, and follower trends to evaluate content performance.
• 
  
• In-Office Collaboration: Work closely in-person with our content writers, designers, and video editors to take ideas from script to post.

• Eligibility: Recent graduates / Freshers based in Chennai (any degree; VisCom, Media, or Marketing is a plus).
• Work Setup: Available to work out of our Chennai office full-time (Monday to Friday/Saturday).
• Platform Savvy: Active user of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X with an intuitive eye for viral formats and internet culture.
• Communication Skills: Good command of written and spoken English and Tamil.
• Mindset: High energy, eagerness to learn, and readiness to absorb practical training.
• Bonus: Basic familiarity with Canva or mobile video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN).

• Fixed monthly stipend for the full 6 months.
• Direct mentorship and practical agency/brand training.
• High probability of conversion to a full-time role based on probation review.
