Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and socially savvy Social Media Engagement Executives to join our growing Brand & Marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind community engagement across our brand social media handles. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every piece of content we publish gains strong organic traction — measured in comments, likes, shares, and saves — and that our audiences feel genuinely heard and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Engagement & Community Building Monitor and actively engage with all posts published across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook for all Biotecnika brands on a daily basis. Ensure every post achieves a minimum engagement benchmark of 100–1,000 likes and comments through proactive community interaction. Respond promptly and meaningfully to comments, DMs, and mentions across all brand handles to build an active and loyal community. Initiate conversations in the comments section to spark discussion, encourage shares, and increase post reach.
● Audience Interaction & Sentiment Management Identify and engage with followers, students, and potential learners in a way that reflects each brand's tone and voice. Handle positive feedback, queries, and criticism with professionalism and empathy. Escalate unresolved queries or complaints to the relevant teams (sales, student support) in a timely manner.
● Engagement Strategy Execution Collaborate with the content team to suggest engagement hooks, CTAs, and comment-prompting strategies for each post before it goes live. Identify trending conversations, hashtags, and industry discussions in biotech, pharma, chemistry, and life sciences to join and amplify brand visibility. Track high-performing posts and replicate successful engagement patterns across brands. ● Reporting & Analytics Maintain a daily engagement tracker covering likes, comments, shares, reach, and saves across all brands. Provide weekly reports on engagement performance, highlighting top-performing posts, audience insights, and areas needing improvement. Share actionable suggestions to improve engagement rates based on performance data.
● Cross-Brand Coordination Manage engagement simultaneously across 4–5 brand handles without compromising quality or consistency of tone for each brand. Coordinate with the content and design team to ensure posts are engagement-ready before publishing. Who We're Looking For:
● Graduate in any discipline; background in life sciences, biotech, pharmacy, or chemistry is a strong advantage.
● Freshers with strong social media instincts are welcome.
● Deep familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook — you should be someone who lives on these platforms and understands how they work.
● Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to craft engaging, on-brand replies and comments quickly.
● Ability to multitask across multiple brand accounts without losing focus or quality.
● High sense of ownership — you treat engagement numbers as your personal KPIs.
● A genuine interest in education, biotechnology, or life sciences is a big plus. What You'll Be Measured On (KPIs):
● Minimum engagement (likes + comments) achieved per post across all brands.
● Response time to comments and DMs.
● Weekly growth in follower engagement rate.
● Quality and relevance of community interactions.
