Role Details

Role: Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Belapur

Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Duration: 3-6 Months

Start Date: Immediately

Stipend: 5,000 – 10,000 /month

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Management:
• Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Prepare and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
• Research current social media trends, trending Reels formats, audio, hashtags, and content ideas.
• Plan and schedule regular posts, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and basic social media copy.
• Coordinate with the Creative, Production, and Post-Production teams to ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor comments, messages, and overall audience engagement on social media platforms.
• Track social media performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, views, and follower growth.
• Keep up with competitors and industry trends to identify new content opportunities.

Podcast Marketing & Production Support

• Support the production team during podcast shoots, including coordination and managing content requirements.
• Work closely with the post-production team to identify key moments, clips, quotes, and highlights from podcast episodes for social media.
• Help develop short-form content/Reels from podcast videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Suggest creative ideas for podcast thumbnails, hooks, titles, teasers, and promotional content.
• Track upcoming podcast episodes and ensure all promotional content is planned before publishing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva
• Knowledge of or interest in Influencer Marketing
• Strong Research and Analytics capabilities
• Passion for Social Media Marketing

Eligibility Criteria

• Available for a full-time (in-office) internship.
• Able to commit to a duration of 6 months.
• Possess relevant skills and interests.
