Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in South Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, providing them with information about available properties, and assisting them in making informed investment decisions. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role demands timely follow-ups, market research, and a commitment to achieving sales targets while ensuring exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends and Analysis
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
