Social Media & Content Manager – Fashion | Jaipur

We're looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to join our small team in Jaipur. This is not an ideation-only role — we need someone who can conceptualise, script, shoot and edit content independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Instagram content and Reels.
• Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit short-form videos.
• Shoot product, styling, BTS and day-to-day brand content.
• Edit videos with strong understanding of pacing, hooks, music, transitions and storytelling.
• Research fashion, social media and competitor trends and turn them into relevant content ideas.
• Manage the Instagram content calendar and publishing.
• Write captions and assist with overall brand communication.
• Work closely with the founders and creative team to execute campaigns and launches.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of hands-on social media/content experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong shooting + video editing skills — not just content ideation.
• Comfortable being hands-on with a phone/camera and shooting independently.
• Proficient in CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends and what makes content engaging.
• Good scripting, storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of fashion, styling and branding.
• Good research skills and awareness of competitors and emerging trends.
• Self-starter who can take a brief and execute it end-to-end.
