Role: Social Media Marketing Executive (Entry-Level / Fresher) | Location: India (Remote)
Role & Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish platform-optimized content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other channels to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Support campaign setup and execution for organic and paid social efforts using Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar; coordinate assets with designers and copywriters to meet deadlines.
- Monitor community conversations and respond to comments/messages to foster positive engagement and escalate issues when needed.
- Track campaign and channel performance using Google Analytics and platform insights; produce concise performance reports with recommendations.
- Stay current with social trends, format best practices (Reels, Stories, Carousels), and industry benchmarks to suggest creative improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Experience creating social content using Canva or similar design tools
- Hands-on familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience using Meta Business Suite or native platform publishing tools
- Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats and audience behaviors
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics for social traffic and campaign tracking
- Ability to manage content calendars and meet regular publishing schedules
Preferred
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Premiere Pro for richer asset production
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Previous internship or project work in a digital marketing or agency environment
