Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that combine digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Manage and grow the brand presence across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating and curating engaging content.
  • Plan and oversee marketing activities, including email marketing, event promotion, advertising, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent and impactful.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to adjust strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance, report on ROI and KPIs, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions and engagement with the audience across platforms; respond to comments and resolve customer issues.
  • Allocate and track marketing budgets, including paid social campaigns and ad spends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media management, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and creative communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media handle LinkedIN, X, Facebook and Instagram
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends.
  • Background working with influencers, partners, or brand ambassadors.

Salary range: 18k-20k

6 days working.
