Job Description:
As a Social Media Specialist at Virtual Real Design Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing our social media presence. You will be responsible for analyzing data, monitoring trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance our social media strategies. Your insights will directly contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns and overall brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Create and curate engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that aligns with our brand voice, values, and objectives.
3. Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content scheduling, community management, and responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
4. Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy to maximize results and stay ahead of the competition.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, ad design, to ensure alignment and integration of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
6. Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives.
7. Generate insightful reports and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously optimize and improve our social media strategy and tactics.
8. Stay informed about the latest developments in social media algorithms, policies, and trends, and proactively adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.
9. Keep abreast of competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks, and make recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed.
10. Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all social media channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, messaging, and visual standards.
Qualifications:
1. 1 to 3 years of experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3. Proven experience in social media management.
4. Proficient in using social media management tools.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
7. Experience working in an integrated marketing environment, a plus.
8. A highly motivated, self-starting attitude that thrives under tight deadlines and plans/ideates/creates in between.
9. Strong organizational skills.
