We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive (Lead Generation Specialist) to manage social media platforms, generate high-quality leads, conduct cold calling, schedule meetings, and contribute to business growth.
The role varies from execution-focused tasks for freshers to strategy, campaign optimization, and team guidance for experienced professionals.
This role may also require travelling for in-person client meetings when needed.
Key Responsibilities (For All Levels):
- Manage social media operations across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Execute daily lead-generation activities through social media, cold calling, and outreach
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects
- Communicate effectively with potential clients via calls, emails, chats, and online meetings
- Maintain lead databases and follow up consistently to improve conversions
- Support sales and marketing campaigns with timely execution
- Travel for client meetings when required
Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Candidates (47 years):
- Develop and implement social media growth, outreach, and lead-generation strategies
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for targeted B2B/B2C lead acquisition
- Optimize funnels, messaging sequences, and conversion processes
- Lead cold-calling scripts, outreach templates, and digital engagement frameworks
- Track, analyze, and report performance of social media and lead-generation campaigns
- Mentor interns/junior team members on lead generation and social media activities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategy with business goals
Skills & Qualifications
For Freshers (BBA/MBA Preferred):
- Strong communication and cold-calling skills

For Experienced Candidates (47 years):
- Proven expertise in social media marketing, lead generation, and outreach

- Leadership qualities to guide junior team members

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
