Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves designing and executing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging social media content, managing online marketing campaigns, and closely analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach and audience engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align social media efforts with marketing goals and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience with Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies for improvement
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Understanding of current digital marketing trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
