We are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive with 0–1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, basic SEO knowledge, and the ability to research and generate relevant content ideas.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Tictok etc.)
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to create engaging content
• Conduct basic keyword research for captions, hashtags, and content planning
• Assist in designing campaign ideas and executing social media campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Maintain brand consistency across all content and communication
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to execute creative posts
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community
Required Skills
• Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithm basics
• Ability to identify trends, viral content ideas, and audience interests
• Basic knowledge of SEO keywords, hashtags, and content optimization
• Strong research skills to gather relevant information and industry insights
• Basic understanding of Canva or similar tools (added advantage)
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work creatively and think outside the box

Qualifications
