Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Executive based in Pune. We are looking for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about social media and digital marketing. The candidate will assist in managing daily social media activities, developing creative content, and supporting influencer and digital campaigns to grow the brand's online presence.
You will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies, manage influencer collaborations, and enhance customer engagement through dynamic and creative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Assistance
- Support management of Myfroyoland's presence on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
- Learn and apply platform best practices to boost engagement.
2. Content Support
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging posts, reels, and videos.
- Collaborate with designers and editors to produce visual content that reflects the brand.
3. Influencer Marketing Assistance
- Help identify and reach out to relevant influencers aligned with brand values.
- Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns and tracking results.
- Maintain influencer databases and communication logs.
4. Social Media Strategy Support
- Contribute ideas for content and campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and suggest creative approaches.
5. Community Engagement
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments/messages.
- Support community-building efforts and manage feedback.
6. Social Media Calendar Management
- Assist in maintaining a social media calendar for timely and consistent posting.
- Coordinate with the team to align promotions and brand messaging.
7. Performance Monitoring
- Learn to track and report basic social media metrics.
- Help prepare reports on content performance and engagement trends.
8. Brand Communication
- Support consistent and on-brand messaging across platforms.
- Assist in campaign communication across digital touchpoints.
9. Franchisee Coordination
- Share updates and campaign materials with franchise partners.
- Assist in collecting feedback from partners for improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (completed or in final semester).
- Internship experience or college projects in social media/digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and content trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Suite, or other design/scheduling tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Interest in influencer marketing and brand building.
