Content & Social Media Marketing
● Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram and other relevant channels.
● Create engaging content that educates and builds awareness around AI, Agentic AI, Robotics, Digital Identity, Blockchain, and other emerging technologies.
● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technology developments to identify content opportunities.
● Work closely with internal stakeholders, product teams, creative team, agencies, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing content.
KOL & Creator Relations
● Build and maintain relationships with content creators, influencers, KOLs, technology reviewers, media personalities, and online communities.
● Identify suitable creators and partners for product reviews, collaborations, campaigns, events, and long-term ambassador programmes.
● Manage creator outreach, partnership discussions, content coordination, and campaign execution.
● Develop and maintain a database of creators, media personalities, technology influencers, and strategic partners across Malaysia and regional markets.
● Explore opportunities to drive adoption and awareness for Zetrix products such as Avatar, NurAI, Digital Identity solutions, and other future technology offerings.
Campaign & Partnership Support
● Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, webinars, livestreams, product demonstrations, industry collaborations, and partner initiatives.
● Coordinate with agencies, vendors, creators, media partners, and event organisers to ensure successful campaign delivery.
● Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing post-campaign reports and recommendations.
● Support PR amplification efforts through social media, creator engagement, and partnership activations.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, influencer/KOL management, community management, or related roles.
● Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, or YouTube.
● Strong understanding of AI, emerging technologies, digital transformation, blockchain, digital identity, robotics, or technology-related industries.
● Experience working with influencers, content creators, media partners, or online communities is highly preferred.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
● Ability to translate complex technology concepts into engaging, audience-friendly content.
● Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse content and campaign performance.
● Self-motivated, proactive,and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
