We're hiring a Social Media Executive who understands that social media is a growth and acquisition channel, not just content posting.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow our social media presence (primarily LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- Create high-impact content (text posts, carousels, hooks, threads)
- Convert internal work (case studies, outreach wins, SEO insights) into content
- Engage with target audience (founders, marketers, agencies)
- Support outbound efforts via social (DMs, connections, conversations)
- Track performance and improve based on data
What We're Looking For
- Strong written English (non-negotiable)
- Understanding of how LinkedIn/Twitter growth actually works
- Ability to think in terms of reach → engagement → leads
- Self-driven and execution-focused
- Comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and basic analytics tools
- Bonus: You've built or managed any page/audience before
What This Role Is NOT- Just designing posts in Canva
- Just scheduling content
- Just following templates
You will be expected to think, test, and improve continuously.

Compensation
- ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on skills and execution ability)
