Job Description
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, your primary role will be to build, elevate, and protect the digital presence of Azura Holidays across all social platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing daily posting, engaging with our audience, and showcasing our luxury travel experiences in a refined, aspirational manner.
Each day will be dynamic and creative, requiring strong visual sensibility, storytelling skills, consistency, and attention to detail. You will work closely with the founders and operations team to translate real travel moments, client journeys, and brand campaigns into high-quality digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
Create high-quality posts, reels, stories, captions, and campaigns aligned with Azura's luxury positioning.
Curate visually strong content using photos, videos, itineraries, behind-the-scenes moments, and client journeys.
Maintain consistent brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging across platforms.
Assist in basic video editing, reels, carousels, and visual storytelling.
Social Media Management
Manage daily posting schedules across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor DMs, comments, inquiries, and community engagement professionally.
Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.
Maintain content calendars and campaign timelines.
Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs (itineraries, hotels, experiences, visuals).
Organize content libraries, folders, captions, hashtags, and archives.
Ensure timely publishing and brand consistency at all times.
Collaboration & Development
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative planning.
Proactively suggest ideas to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Uphold Azura's values of elegance, precision, creativity, and excellence.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta tools, and content scheduling platforms.
Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar platforms.
Understanding of analytics, reach, engagement, and growth metrics.
Comfortable working with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and collaborative tools.
Additional Requirements
Minimum 18 months commitment preferred.
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Media, Communications preferred).
Prior experience in social media, branding, hospitality, luxury, travel, or lifestyle is a plus.
