Support organic social media management (across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter) by creating engaging content, conducting competitor research, and assisting in community-building efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Freshers with a solid 6+ months of social media internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
# Position 2: Social Media Analyst (2-4 years experience)
Develop and optimize organic social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter, focusing on content performance analysis, competitor insights, and long-term engagement tactics, while maintaining strong client servicing skills.

SOCIAL MEDIA ORGANIC MANAGEMENT:
# Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to each platform (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Focus on long-term campaign ideas that align with client brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Design content plans emphasizing the user journey, identifying content that nurtures and guides followers from discovery to advocacy.
# Competitive Research & Content Optimization:
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify high-engagement posts, trending content types, and effective strategies.
- Continuously research best practices in health and wellness content to innovate and refine content approaches.
- Regularly audit the content's effectiveness, adjusting strategies to optimize for organic reach and engagement.
# Engaging Content Creation:
- Ideate content with high interaction potential, focusing on relatable, informative, or inspiring themes that are authentic to the client's brand.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to create visually appealing, interactive, and story-driven content.
- Utilize AI tools and editing software to streamline content creation, ensuring a faster turnaround.
# Community Building & Collaboration:
- Initiate community-building activities such as user Q&As, expert live sessions, and community shoutouts to foster loyalty and interaction.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with influencers, industry experts, and complementary brands to increase reach and engagement organically.
# Organic Boosting Tactics:
- Utilize boosting tools strategically to increase post visibility, likes, and engagement on key posts or new campaigns.
- Analyze boosted posts to understand what content attracts more organic followers and refine strategies accordingly.
# Client Servicing:
- Engage in regular coordination with clients to update on strategy, progress, and outcomes.
- Manage new requirements and feedback, coordinating with other teams (Design, SEO, Website) to align on client goals.
- Conduct monthly and weekly update calls, providing insights into organic performance and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Smoothly handle client escalations, adapting strategies as needed to address any issues.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience focused on organic social media management, community building, and content strategy.
- Strong ability to identify and adapt to new organic trends and platform updates.
- High-level proficiency in research, competitive analysis, and content planning.
- Proficiency with design collaboration tools and basic knowledge of photo/video editing software for managing organic content.
- Strong client communication skills, capable of managing client expectations and handling feedback.
