At Tulip CRM (tulpcrm.com), we specialize in building powerful, custom IT software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team in India.

JOB OVERVIEW
• Shift: Standard hours, but must be flexible and willing to work US shifts if required by business needs.
• Experience: 2–5 years in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or a similar role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Management
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement organically across channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Google Ads,Tik Tok.
• Accelerate brand reach and presence by identifying modern trends, relevant hashtags, and high-impact content opportunities.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive social content calendar that optimizes posting schedules, captions, and specific formats for each target platform.
• Monitor industry developments, social media trends, and competitor activities to keep Tulip CRM ahead of the curve.
CONTENT CREATION & VIDEO EDITING
• Assist in light video editing and basic content formatting as needed to match platform specifications
• Leverage Adobe Premiere or an equivalent software platform to deliver basic, clean, and engaging video edits.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (marketing, creative, sales, recruiting, and events) to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and corporate objectives.
ANALYTICS & OPTIMIZATION
• Analyze social media data and develop regular performance reports highlighting reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Translate data and actionable insights into optimized campaigns, proactively recommending new opportunities for growth.
• Stay continuously updated on platform algorithm changes, policies, and emerging digital marketing trends.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools).
• Platform Expertise: Solid understanding of running and growing organic channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook) and familiarity with Google Ads,Tik Tok.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to write engaging copy tailored to a B2B/tech audience.
• Flexibility: Openness and readiness to support US time zone shifts when campaign launches or team coordination requires it.
• Mindset: Proactive, creative, data-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively across multiple internal departments.
