Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the institute's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as reels, posts, and stories to promote training programs and institute activities.
- Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and queries received on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing information about courses, admissions, and training programs.
- Support the promotion of institute programs, workshops, and events through social media campaigns and content.
- Ensure consistent communication and engagement with the online community to strengthen the institute's digital presence.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and experience in posting and managing content.
