Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling social media platforms, driving engagement, and optimizing content for maximum reach and visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos) across platforms
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with content creators and designers for engaging posts
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries to build a strong online community
- Plan and execute basic paid campaigns to boost reach and engagement (if required)
Required Skills- 6 Months & above experience in Social Media Optimization or Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva (or similar tools)
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Facebook Insights and Instagram Analytics
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
