Position Title: Social Media Marketing Associate

Location: Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi (Offline)

Duration: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

-Assist in creating high-quality visual and written content for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional -materials.

-Design and produce graphics, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Pro, Adobe Illustrator or similar software.

-Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the company's values and messaging.

Social Media Management:

-Manage and monitor all social media platforms including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

-Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with the company's marketing objectives.

-Create engaging and relevant content including posts, stories, and visuals to increase brand awareness and engagement.

-Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize content strategy.

Marketing Strategy Development:

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to promote company products, services, and events on social media platforms.

-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

-Propose and implement creative campaigns and initiatives to drive audience engagement and increase followership.

Qualifications:

-Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

-Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation and audience engagement.

-Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Pro, Adobe Illustrator, power point presentation or similar software.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

-Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

-Basic knowledge of financial services or asset management industry preferred but not required.
