About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate who can execute content end-to-end from ideas to visuals to short-form videos. This role sits at the intersection of social media, design, and video editing.
You'll work on daily social content, ad creatives, product visuals, and short videos across platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll ship real work every week and learn fast.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Execution
- Create visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and ads
- Translate content ideas and briefs into scroll-stopping creatives
- Adapt designs and videos for different platforms and formats
- Stay aware of social trends, formats, and content styles
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and ad creatives
- Create simple landing page visuals and website assets
- Maintain visual consistency across brand content
- Convert rough ideas into clean, on-brand designs
Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos for reels, shorts, and paid ads
- Add subtitles, transitions, basic motion effects, and sound
- Edit talking-head videos, screen recordings, and reel-style content
- Optimize video formats for each platform
Required Skills
Basic working knowledge of:
- Figma / Photoshop / Canva
- Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects (any one is fine)
Strong understanding of:
- Social media formats and content styles
- Reels, Shorts, and ad creatives
- Visual hierarchy, pacing, and attention to detail
- Taking feedback and iterating quickly
Good to Have
- Basic motion graphics skills
- Experience editing podcast clips or UGC-style videos
- Interest in startups, marketing, and AI tools
