Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media platforms:Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest
- Create and scheduleposts, reels, and stories
- Help in planningcontent calendarsfor regular and festive campaigns
- Write engaging captions and hashtags aligned with brand aesthetics
- Coordinate withphotographers, editors, and designers
- Engage with audience by replying tocomments and DMs
- Track basic performance metrics usingInstagram Insights
- Stay updated with trending reels, audios, and social media formats
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Requirements & Skills
- Fresher or up to1 year of experiencein social media marketing
- Strong interest inInstagram & short-form video content
- Basic knowledge ofCanva / editing apps(preferred)
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Gujarati is a plus)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Interest infashion, jewellery, or luxury brands
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
