Role Overview

We are looking for a Social PR Executive who will manage and scale the personal brands of upcoming Bollywood actors. Ensure their public image, PR visibility, and social & digital presence keep rising. Think Instagram, YouTube, red carpets, and media features, all aligned for maximum impact.

This role is for someone who knows how to blend talent management with PR growth, building careers that shine both on screen and online.

What You'll Do

• Talent Management Scout, sign, and nurture upcoming Bollywood actors & creators.
• PR Growth Strategize and execute plans to amplify talent's public image from media placements, interviews, and collabs to social buzz.
• Digital Branding Elevate actors profiles on Instagram, YouTube, Threads, X, and emerging platforms.
• Campaigns Plan & execute influencer campaigns that bring brands and talent together authentically.
• Content & Scripts Work on scripts, copies, and storyboards for creator-led & PR-driven campaigns.
• Partnerships Build relationships with media houses, PR agencies, brands, and industry insiders.
• Performance Track PR visibility, digital growth, and campaign ROI.

You're a Perfect Fit If

• You have 2+ years of experience in talent management, PR, influencer marketing, or entertainment strategy.
• You've worked with actors/creators and know how to build their personal PR and digital presence.
• You understand Bollywood trends, industry PR cycles, and digital storytelling.
• You can hustle with media, brands, and talent teams building lasting relationships.
• You're equally sharp in creative storytelling and strategic planning.
