Role Overview
Arcitech AI is looking for a Social Media & Content specialist who can enhance the company's digital presence across platforms and portfolios.
This role goes beyond social media posting. The selected candidate will own content ideation, oversee scripting, and strategic direction for social media while working closely with the brand manager, content writers, video editors, and design teams.
The candidate must be comfortable using AI tools, planning content calendars, giving visual direction to creative teams, and executing platform-specific strategies.
They will also play a key role in building thought leadership, audience engagement, and digital brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Ideation
- Spearhead the content strategy for assigned portfolios in alignment with the company's brand and marketing goals.
- Conceptualize and script content for posts, reels, videos, carousels, and thought leadership content.
- Identify relevant content themes across technology, AI, SaaS, and business innovation.
- Develop structured monthly and weekly content calendars.
AI-Assisted Content Creation
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI productivity tools to ideate, script, and optimize content.
- Implement AI workflows to improve efficiency in content production and campaign execution.
- Maintain high-quality messaging while using AI-assisted processes.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms such as:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- Schedule and publish content using tools such as Meta Business Suite and platform scheduling tools.
- Optimize content for each platform based on audience behavior and engagement trends.
Creative Direction & Team Collaboration
- Provide clear creative briefs and visual direction to the graphics and video editing teams.
- Coordinate with creators, editors, and designers to ensure high-quality content production.
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all visual and written communication.
Brand Alignment & Reporting
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure alignment with the company's overall branding and marketing strategy.
- Report campaign performance, growth metrics, and strategic insights regularly.
- Act as the operational bridge between brand strategy and content execution teams.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms.
- Track metrics such as:
- Engagement rate
- Reach and impressions
- Follower growth
- Content performance trends
- Use insights to continuously optimize the content strategy.
