Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to define social media objectives, identify target audiences, set KPIs, and choose the most suitable platforms for brand promotion.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice, tone, and values.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain brand presence across all social media platforms by scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring activity, and responding to interactions.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging meaningful conversations around the brand.
  • Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to reach targeted audiences, boost engagement, and improve ad performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, prepare reports on engagement, reach, and conversions, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative in the digital landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including content, design, and marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand representation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management software
