Job Role: Social Media Marketer (Freshers)

We're hiring a Social Media Marketer (LinkedIn Focus) to manage day-to-day LinkedIn growth and engagement for multiple founder and business accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 4–5 LinkedIn accounts

• Handle posts, DMs & daily engagement

• Run outreach campaigns & book calls

• Work closely on lead generation

Skills Required:

• Strong written communication

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable interacting with people online

• Consistency and ownership mindset

• Basic understanding of LinkedIn/social media platforms

• Ability to follow processes and execute daily tasks reliably

Compensation:

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000/month + Performance incentives
