Zero Protocol is a bilingual (Telugu + English) podcast exploring startups, identity, self-awareness, and inner growth a rebellion in slow motion.

We host founders, creators, and thinkers who are redefining success with clarity, courage, and calm.

We're looking for a hybrid Social Media Manager + Strategist who can turn long, powerful conversations into short-form stories that move people. Someone who understands both emotion and algorithm.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies to grow YouTube, Instagram, and X presence.

Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.

Repurpose long-form podcast episodes into engaging short-form Reels and Shorts.

Write thoughtful, human captions and titles that fit the brand's voice.

Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, retention, CTR) and adapt strategy.

Collaborate with video editors, designers, and guests to deliver cohesive storytelling.

Build partnerships and creator collaborations to amplify reach organically.

Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, and design aesthetics across all content.

Qualifications

13 years experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or creator/podcast growth.

Demonstrated ability to grow YouTube or Instagram channels organically.

Strong understanding of short-form storytelling, visual hooks, and retention metrics.

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills (English + Telugu fluency is a plus).

Basic understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and metadata optimization.

Strong people skills, Able to juggle creative and analytical tasks seamlessly.

Passion for podcasts, storytelling, and meaningful digital media.
