X7 MGMT is a digital media company with operations spanning social media brand management and a portfolio of owned IPs across multiple niches. We work with some of the biggest names in the social media space on content strategy and distribution, and we are growing fast.

As Social Media Manager, you will own content creation, scheduling, and performance across the accounts you manage. Your work will be seen by millions every month. You will be responsible for ideating and executing content that performs, staying ahead of trends, and consistently hitting posting targets without compromising on quality.

What you will own:

Day to day content planning and execution across assigned accounts. Ideating formats, hooks, and creative directions that drive reach and engagement. Hitting daily posting targets and maintaining consistency across all managed pages. Monitoring performance and iterating based on what works. Staying on top of platform trends and applying them before they peak.

What we are looking for:

Someone with a genuine eye for content that performs on Instagram and short form platforms. Proficiency in Photoshop is required. Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable results. Strong understanding of what makes content stop the scroll. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. A portfolio or examples of past work is a strong advantage.
