This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Social Media Manager with Telecalling responsibilities. The individual in this role will manage social media platforms, optimize content for maximum engagement and posting. Additionally, the role involves telecalling responsibilities, including direct communication with clients or customers to address inquiries, gather feedback, and provide support. Close collaboration with the postings and communication with clients, this is the key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Ability to engage professionally and confidently with clients through telecalling
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of analytics tools and social media management platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
