Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across multiple social media platforms in line with client objectives and brand guidelines. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, coordinating with designers and content creators, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and conversions. The role involves monitoring platform analytics, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations. The Social Media Manager will respond to community interactions, support campaign planning and execution, and stay current on platform trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns and improve reach and engagement.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, craft, and adapt content for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear client interaction, cross-functional collaboration, and community management.
- Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools to interpret data and refine strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising, A/B testing, and basic graphic or video tools is an advantage.
