Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will manage and execute social media activities, including content creation, campaign planning, and audience engagement. The role includes developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing content for different platforms, and managing social media analytics to enhance the company's online presence. Additional responsibilities include fostering communication with followers and ensuring alignment with brand goals.

We're Hiring: Social Media Manager/Executive/Specialist

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Person who can take full ownership of our brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute monthly social media calendars

* Create engaging LinkedIn and Instagram content

* Stay updated with latest Instagram trends and formats

* Suggest innovative ideas for reels, posts and campaigns

* Manage end-to-end content creation (ideation to posting)

* Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns

* Handle ORM and audience engagement

* Create e-commerce listing content (A+ content, listing creatives, Left cards)

* Optimize page engagement (likes, comments, followers) and drive conversions through social media

* Analyze performance metrics and improve content strategy accordingly

Requirements:

* Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills

* Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram & LinkedIn

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads

* Ability to analyze trends and adapt quickly

Bonus:

* Experience in beauty/skincare industry

* Basic knowledge of design/editing tools
