This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager. The role is based in Bengaluru South, with some flexibility for remote work. The Social Media Manager will manage social media platforms, develop and implement content strategies, optimize social media presence, and engage with audiences to build a strong online community. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and refining social media content to drive brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Writing and Content Strategy development
- Excellent Communication skills to engage and interact with audiences effectively
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Knowledge of emerging trends in social media platforms and tools
- Creativity and innovation in crafting compelling social media campaigns
- Experience with startup environments is a plus
