True Hope Foundation is looking for a passionate and creativeSocial Media Managerto amplify our mission and connect with our community online. You will be the voice of our foundation across Instagram and Facebook crafting meaningful content that inspires, informs, and drives engagement around the causes we champion.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content on True Hope Foundation's official Instagram and Facebook pages on a consistent schedule
- Design visually compelling static posts, stories, and reels aligned with the foundation's brand identity and mission
- Produce video content including Reels, Facebook videos, and behind-the-scenes clips that brings our work to life
- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar to ensure timely and purposeful posting
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, responding promptly and professionally
- Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and use data to refine strategy
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices relevant to non-profit storytelling
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote campaigns, events, fundraisers, and impact stories
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts (personal or professional portfolio required)
- Excellent written communication skills in English with a warm, community-focused tone
- A genuine passion for social causes, community development, or non-profit work
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage content deadlines independently
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and meta business suite
