What you'll do

• Own Instagram and Facebook for one or more consumer brands.
• Build monthly content calendars.
• Create posts, carousels, stories and reels.
• Develop concepts that drive reach and engagement.
• Design and edit social-first content.
• Write captions, hooks and social copy.
• Spot trends, memes and cultural moments.
• Manage publishing and posting schedules.
• Engage with comments, DMs and the community.
• Work with designers, editors, creators and influencers.
• Track reach, engagement, growth and conversions.
• Test new formats and organic growth strategies.

Who we're looking for

• 2–5 years managing social media for consumer brands.
• Experience owning Instagram and Facebook end-to-end.
• Strong portfolio of social or brand-building work.
• Strong understanding of consumer branding and storytelling.
• Excellent eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Strong copywriting and content instincts.
• Comfortable with Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on and comfortable owning execution.
• Based in Bangalore and open to 5 days in-office.

Useful but required

Experience with DTC brands, consumer apps or startups, strong organic growth, short-form video, UGC, creator collaborations, influencer campaigns, and US audiences.
