Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced and creatively driven Social Media Manager to join our team full-time in South Delhi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content, culture, and cocktails — someone who knows how to make brands stand out on social and spark real conversations. This role involves managing social media strategy, leading content creation, driving digital engagement and servicing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic social media plans for Alco-Bev brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Own creative direction and content strategy aligned with brand tonality, campaign goals, and audience insights
• Lead the content creation process — from ideation and storyboarding to post production and publishing
• Manage day-to-day client servicing, ensuring timely delivery, brand alignment, and performance reporting
• Oversee and guide a small team of designers, marketing, and video editors
• Collaborate with internal experiential marketing teams for integrated digital + on-ground campaigns
• Present ideas and campaign concepts to clients using visually compelling decks (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva)
• Stay on top of social trends, industry updates, and platform innovations relevant to the Alco-Bev and lifestyle sectors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing (preferably in an agency setup)
• Proven track record of handling Alco-Bev or lifestyle brands is a major plus
• Strong portfolio of successful campaigns and content across various social platforms
• Skilled in crafting presentations and storytelling through decks
• Excellent writing, communication, and team leadership skills
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and content trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
