About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be the voice of The BrandBerry across all social platforms, crafting compelling content that reflects our brand values and engages our growing community. You will play a key role in shaping how the world perceives us, driving organic growth, and turning our online presence into a business asset.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and business goals.

Write sharp, on-brand copy and captions that capture attention and drive engagement.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating insights and actionable reports.

Collaborate closely with the design and strategy teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency.

Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking.

Engage with the community, respond to comments and messages, and build genuine connections with followers.

Stay up to date on the latest social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

2 or more years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or studio.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms.

Solid understanding of content strategy, social media analytics, and platform best practices.

Experience working with design tools such as Canva or Figma is a plus.

Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.

A keen eye for design aesthetics and an appreciation for quality branding.

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

A genuine passion for branding, design, and digital culture.
