This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Mohali district. The Social Media Manager will manage and execute social media strategies, create and optimize content for different platforms, monitor engagement metrics, and develop campaigns to drive audience growth and brand visibility. Other responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the alignment of social media activities with overall marketing goals.

• Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing Content Strategies tailored to specific audiences
• Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to track and analyze social media performance
• Creative and innovative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with emerging social media trends and platforms is a plus
