Role Overview

You will be the voice of Durlabh Darshan online. This is a high-output, hands-on role. You will plan, shoot, edit and publish short-form video on a fixed content calendar, with weekly targets for reach and follower growth. You will lead our use of AI tools to create innovative video content for Instagram and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the community organically: Build and run strategies to grow Durlabh Darshan's followers and reach on Instagram through content, not paid boosts.
• Create viral content: Conceptualize, shoot and edit shareable Reels. A background in spiritual themes and storytelling is highly preferred.
• Own video production: Handle the full cycle yourself, from concept and storyboard to final edit.
• Innovate with AI: Use AI tools to make video content faster and better.
• Publish on schedule: Deliver against a fixed daily/weekly posting calendar.
• Analyze and adapt: Track trends and analytics weekly, then adjust the content plan.

Must Have

• 3+ years of hands-on social media management.
• Proven organic growth on pages you ran, with analytics screenshots. Growth that came mainly from a celebrity, an existing audience or paid boosting will not count.
• Strong hands-on video editing. You will be given an editing task during the hiring process.
• A portfolio of your best 3 Reels, with a short note on the idea, hook and edit behind each.
• An active personal social media presence.
• Clear, concise communication and the ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
• Commitment to a long-term role in a fast-paced startup.

Good to Have

• Experience in a 0-to-1 startup.
• Interest in Indian culture, spirituality and mythology.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and running ad campaigns.
