Tape A Tale is looking for a Social Media Manager who can help grow our digital presence and build meaningful storytelling-led content across platforms. We're looking for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys experimenting with formats, and is keen on building scalable digital IPs.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and grow Tape A Tale's presence across Instagram and YouTube
- Plan and execute a consistent content strategy and posting calendar
- Develop and build content IPs, series, and storytelling formats
- Plan and optimise performance ads on Meta and YouTube
- Analyse content performance and improve reach, engagement, and conversions
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and creators for content production
- Repurpose live show and event content into strong digital assets
Requirements:-
- Prior experience managing social media for a brand, creator, or media platform
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, reels, and short-form content
- Experience with performance marketing and campaign optimisation
- Ability to identify trends and translate them into engaging content
- Good organisational and communication skills
Good to Have:-
- Understanding of video editing or content production
- Experience working with creators, artists, or events
- Interest in storytelling, poetry, or performing arts
