We're building SVÉRVE BEAUTY, a hybrid skincare-infused makeup beauty brand, and we're looking for a creative mind who can help us bring our ideas to life.

We're hiring: Creative Content & Social Media Executive

Goa | Full-time | Work from office

We're not looking for someone who simply schedules posts or follows trends.

We want someone who can think of an idea in the morning, shoot it in the afternoon, design it, edit it and have it ready to post by evening.

What you need to be great at:

• Graphic design: Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva. Ability to create premium carousels, campaign creatives, social media graphics and digital marketing assets.
• Video creation and editing: Comfortable shooting and editing reels, product videos, founder-led content and BTS.
• Social media strategy: Understanding Instagram hooks, trends, storytelling, content calendars, audience engagement and growth.
• Creative thinking: Ability to conceptualise campaigns, develop moodboards, plan shoots and bring fresh ideas independently.
• AI creative tools: Familiarity with AI image generation, video creation and design workflows.
• Copywriting: Writing captions and hooks that sound human, not like generic marketing copy.
• Brand aesthetics: A good eye for typography, layouts, colour palettes and premium beauty branding.

What you'll be doing:

You'll work directly with the founder, helping build SVÉRVE's creative identity across social media.

From brainstorming ideas and planning shoots to graphic designing, editing, publishing and analysing content, you'll have real ownership of what we create.

Who should apply

Someone with 1–3 years of relevant experience, a strong portfolio and a genuine interest in beauty, design and content creation.

Experience working with beauty, skincare, makeup or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Important: This is a full-time, in-office position in Goa. Applicants must currently be based in Goa.
