Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing social media platforms, and optimizing social media performance to drive engagement and brand recognition. Responsibilities also include creating compelling content, analyzing audience behavior, and ensuring alignment with the company's marketing objectives. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance communication and strategy execution is a vital aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication skills for both internal collaboration and audience engagement
• Ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies to improve performance
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
